Vacancy – Customer Services Officer (closing date noon 13 January 2021)

We are looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic, dedicated individual who is solution focussed and will use their initiative, experience and skills to help us provide an excellent Customer Services service and work closely in conjunction with their job share colleague. This is a permanent job share post (2 days per week) which has been developed due to a reduction in working days for one of our Customer Services Officers.  The post-holder will ensure that we provide our customers with a continuous, high quality service to the standards which they expect and deserve
