Vacancy – Customer Services Manager
We are seeking to appoint a suitably experienced candidate to join our senior staff team as Customer Services Manager.
The Customer Services Manager will look after the needs of our customers, staff and governing body members by promoting a culture that highlights the vision and values of the Association.
The successful candidate will manage, lead and develop the Customer Services Team to deliver an effective, efficient and legally compliant Housing Management and Factoring Service which meets the statutory requirements, regulatory requirements, and the needs of the organisation and delivers value for money.
Reporting directly to the Director of Customer Services, they will be an integral part of the Leadership Team with an operational responsibility for performance, processes, systems and functions.
Closing date is noon 30 November, Stage 1 interviews will take place 7 December and Stage 2 interviews will be held on 14 December.
