Guide to Information Under the Publication Scheme
Introduction
Under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA), we are required to produce and maintain a publication scheme. We have adopted the Scottish Information Commissioner’s Model Publication Scheme. We also have an obligation to share information under the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004 (EISRs).
This document, our Guide to Information, explains and contains links all the information we routinely make available online.
Accessing Information
All of the information we publish is available on our website: https://barrheadha.org/.
You can find information by browsing the website, or by using this Guide to directly information using links.
We can make this information available in other formats or languages upon request. If you are unable to access documents electronically, we can make printed copies available to view in our office. We can also send printed copies of any information we routinely publish. Please note, however, this may incur a small charge to cover the cost of printing and posting. We will let you know the total cost in advance. Further information is contained in our Access to Information Charging Statement.
If you are having difficulty finding any document you expect us to publish or to view information in our office, please contact us on enquiries@barrheadha.org or by phoning 0141 880 0638.
If you make a request for information that we do not already publish, we will assess whether your request relates to information that is covered by FOISA, EISRs or both acts, so that we can deal with it using the correct procedure.
Personal Information
Our Privacy Policy sets out more information about your rights in relation to your personal information that we collect, hold and use. To make a subject access request, please email our Data Protection Officer directly.
Information we cannot publish
We will publish the information we hold that falls within the classes of information defined in this document. If a document contains information that is exempt under Scotland’s Freedom of Information laws (for example sensitive personal information or commercially sensitive information), we will remove or redact the information before publication and explain why.
Copyright and re-use
Where we hold the copyright on our published information, the information may be copied or reproduced without formal permission, provided that:
- it is copied accurately
- it is not used in a misleading context
- the source of the material is identified.

Classes of information
We publish information that we hold within the classes described on the following pages. Once information is published under a class, we will continue to make it available for the current year and the next two financial years (where possible).
Where information has been updated or superseded (for example with policies), only the current version will be available. If you would like to see previous versions, you can request that information from us.
