Customer Satisfaction Results

Between June and July 2019 the Association conducted a Satisfaction Survey, giving our tenants the opportunity to tell us what you thought about us, your home and the services that we provide. We commissioned Research Resource, an independent market research company, to carry out these Tenant Satisfaction Surveys and they undertook 376 face to face interviews from a broad representative of all our areas.

We are currently preparing an action plan to allow us to address the findings, and we will publicise this in due course.
