Paintwork Contract

Barrhead Housing Association have instructed J S McColl to paint external windows and doors at Southpark Avenue, Northpark Avenue and Centre Way.  The internal closes will also be part of this paint contract.  JS McColl will contact tenants direct via letter when they need access to paint the external woodwork of each residents property.  JS McColl shall also be painting the common close areas when the weather is not suitable for external working.
