Taking action when it’s needed

We want you, your family and your neighbours to enjoy living in your home and the local neighbourhood and wider community.

At Barrhead Housing Association we take reports of anti-social behaviour (ASB) very seriously and will take the necessary steps to protect our residents. This can mean working in partnership with other agencies to resolve cases of anti-social behaviour; we will work with Environmental Health, East Renfrewshire Council’s Community Wardens and various departments, local Councillors and MSPs, resident groups and the Police as required. We aim to keep you informed of progress but often more serious cases are complex and not easily resolved. We will work with our customers to keep people informed of progress wherever possible.

You will find our Policy within our useful documents section, which gives further details on how quickly we should be responding to your complaint.
