obligation on landlords such as Barrhead Housing Association to regularly undertake surveys of their tenants and submit the data to the Scottish Housing Regulator.
All Registered Social landlords are obliged to submit the data in their Annual Return on the Charter (ARC) by the end of May each year.
There are 7 core questions that we must ask within these surveys, but we also ask a range of questions on matters such as fuel poverty/affordability and how you wish to communication with us, which help us form the services that we provide to you.
