Customer satisfaction remains high for Barrhead Housing Association
Following a detailed face-to-face survey of 349 customers, Barrhead HA is pleased to see that satisfaction levels across key areas remain high. Our last survey was carried out in December 2013, and this recent survey interviews took place over June and July 2016. Here are some of the key results:
•94% of tenants are satisfied with the overall services provided by Barrhead HA
•94.3% of tenants are satisfied that their rent represents value for money
•99.2% of tenants feel Barrhead HA is keeping them informed about services and decisions
•96% of tenants are satisfied with the opportunities to participate in Barrhead HA’s decision making
•92.3% of tenants are satisfied with the quality of their home
•90.6% of tenants are satisfied with Barrhead HA’s management of the neighbourhood they live in
We asked more specifically questions about electronic communications, with 75% of tenants using text messaging; 63% having access to the internet; 56% using email; and 54% on Facebook. Previous Chairperson, Claire Boyd said: ‘These results are really positive as we celebrate our 30th anniversary. We’d like to thank all our customers for taking part in our survey’
We carry out a wide range of surveys to gather information about our services and how we can make improvements.
We carry out a comprehensive survey of 40% of our customers every three years. The latest survey was completed in July 2016 and we have now received the final full report – this is available here.
