We know that sometimes everyone needs a little help to get past life’s obstacles. Our customer services officers can help you access a wide range of financial, health and practical supports to overcome whatever life throws in your way.
Our Welfare Rights Officer works with tenants to help minimise the impact of welfare reform by completing benefit checks, helping with benefit claims and accessing charitable grants. We want to make sure tenants receive the income they are entitled to.
We can also help refer you to range of community investment projects that are run in partnership with community partner organisations, such as a community café, exercise, cooking, digital support classes and much more, which are all free! These are great ways to meet new people and make connections especially if you are new to the area. Please contact enquires@barrheadha.org to see where we can help.
